What liniment is best for "panuhot" or para sosyal, "gas spasm"? Most importantly, the one that will not be stinky.

Just awhile ago at work during my WOD, as in I had experienced the "panuhot" syndrome. In the wee hours of dawn, the temperature just went North pole like. Ayayay, mega say agad-agad to Super Visor, that I have to go home the soonest.
